EXAMINATION RESCHEDULE


Notice:

It is hereby informed to all students, who failed in the academic year 2018-2020, a Re-examination will be conducted tentatively in the first week of August. The failure students must send an email for re-examination and pay the prescribed fees as per the number of subjects you want to re-appear.

Without the prescribed e-mail and fees, the students will not be allowed to appear for re-exam.

The schedule of form submission and fees structure is as follows: From 1st June to 25th July 2020- Rs 2000 per subject. The time table of re-examination will be displayed shortly. The students must note that their previous marks of that particular course will be null and void. Hence above 31% per subject will be considered for passing the course.

1. EXAMINATIONS

a) During the program, every student is evaluated through lab exercises, quizzes, course tests, and project/seminar presentations which form a part of the student’s final evaluation.

b) A student who does not appear along with his/her batch has to put in an application for appearing at the examination along with another batch or at a time convenient to the schedules of the institute. In such cases, a re-examination fee of Rs. 2000/- would be charged.

c) A student who is not satisfied with his examination results may take a re-test by paying a re-examination fee. The schedule for the test will be determined by the management.

2. CERTIFICATION

a) A student's certificate is requisitioned on verification and completion of the following requisites.

           i) Minimum of 90% attendance in both Theory & Practical sessions.

          ii) Successful clearing of the examination conducted for the course and scoring a minimum of 31% marks.

         iii) Complete payment of all fees required.

b) Certificates can be obtained from the Program Coordinator after a certain period from the date of appearing in the final examination. The Program Coordinator will inform the students, tentative dates for receiving certificates.

c)  Unscheduled delays might occur due to uncontrollable factors. In such situations, those requiring Provisional Certificates can download it from the student panel after the completion of their exams. Certificates will not be delivered to persons other than the student himself/herself.

d)  In case the student wants the certificate issued to someone else, and Authorization A letter duly attesting the signature of the bearer needs to be produced.

e)  Certificates will not be sent to students by Post or Courier for fear of being damaged/lost during transit. In the event of the student wanting the same to be posted, he/she should give an undertaking owning the responsibility for loss or damage of the same and also submit a self-addressed stamped envelope for the purpose. Aqube Institute of Management will not at all be responsible for the loss and/or damage of certificates sent by post.

f)  If a student loses his/her certificate and wishes to obtain a duplicate certificate, he/she may do so on written request and with an Affidavit duly notarized. Such certificates are issued subject to the approval of the Knowledge Center Head and involve payment of a stipulated fee of Rs. 2500/-. The word “DUPLICATE” will be mentioned on these certificates.
