NOTICE TO STUDENTS: COLLECTION OF MARKSHEETS - SESSION 2023-2024

Dear Students of Tau Batch,

We hope this message finds you well. We are pleased to inform you that the mark sheets for the academic session 2023-2024 are now available for collection at the Aqube Institute of Management center.

To ensure a smooth and organized process, we kindly request all students to adhere to the following instructions:

Collection Procedure:

·         Please visit the center at your earliest convenience to collect your mark sheet.

·         Prior to your visit, it is mandatory to take an appointment from the front office.

Authorized Collection:

·         The mark sheets will only be handed over to the student or the guardian.

·         If a student wishes to authorize someone else to collect the mark sheet on their behalf, an Authorization Letter must be presented. The letter should be duly attested with the bearer's signature.

Post or Courier Services:

·         Certificates will not be sent to students via post or courier to avoid the risk of damage or loss during transit.

·         In exceptional cases where a student requests the certificate to be posted, they must provide an undertaking owning responsibility for any loss or damage. Additionally, an email should be submitted for this purpose.

Loss of Certificate:

·         In the unfortunate event of a lost certificate, a duplicate can be obtained through a written request along with a notarized Affidavit.

·         Duplicate certificates are subject to approval by the Knowledge Center Head and involve a stipulated fee of Rs. 2500/-. The word "DUPLICATE" will be clearly mentioned on these certificates.
